My dishes are created in a way that represents the flavours of the world, united in a soulful and passionate marriage with wholesome local produce. Together with my team, we aim to provide Fernando’s patrons with the most marvellous dining experience on the island”

We hold an impressive choice of wines — from Jeroboam sized to Magnums and Imperial bottles, we promise you a world of wonder. 


At our intimate restaurant you can enjoy over 600 wines from all over the world, including vintage options and up to 90 different delicious wines by the glass. At Fernandõ Gastrotheque you will get the opportunity to taste ambrosial wines, delicate champagnes and fruity proseccos.
